Gore Place - The Historic Governor Gore Estate
52 Gore Street, Waltham, MA
A 50’ x 80’ white peaked tent with clear sides, carpeting and lighting will be available at the Gore estate for parties, weddings, bar & bat mitzvahs, corporate functions, etc. after June 1, 2006. Located near the formal garden and the carriage house on the estate’s 45 acres of gardens and grounds, it will offer a beautiful setting convenient to Boston for tented parties and receptions.
Suggested Tent Capacity:
Dinner & dancing, buffet stations (8/table) – 200 guests
Dinner, only (10/table) – 350 guests
Hors d’oeuvres, or theatre style seating – 450 guests
Rental time: Choice of an 8 hour time period between 7am and midnight. All music must end by 11pm.
Season: May - November  
Cost for up to 450 guests: $3,000 Tuesday – Thursday completed by 5pm
$4,000 any day completed by 8pm
$5,500 any day ending after 8pm

Tables & chairs: 100 white garden chairs, 10 60" round and 10 8 ’ banquet tables.

Parking: plenty of free parking.

Restroom facilities: two bathrooms located in the nearby carriage house.

Discounts: 20% for non-profit organizations & Gore Place Members, Sponsor level or higher.
