Policies

Photography and Videography Policy

Photography and Videography for Personal Use

Photography and videography for personal use only are allowed on the 50-acres of grounds at Gore Place. Commercial photography, videography, and aerial/drone photography are not allowed without permission of the office.

Because it distracts from the tour experience, photography, videography, or taping of any kind are not allowed during Mansion tours (the Mansion can only be seen by guided tour) except in the Great Hall, where selfies and group photos are permitted. Please share your photos by tagging us @goreplace.

Photography and Videography for Commercial Use

Anyone taking photos or videos for commercial use (such as professional photographers and videographers, including aerial/drone videographers) must get permission from Gore Place’s main office prior to any photography or videography sessions. This policy includes visitors that hire a professional photographer for photo sessions. A session fee may apply. Please email Tammi at tammikibler@goreplace.org to inquire about permission to hold a photography or videography session here.

Aerial or Drone Photography and Videography

Gore Place does not allow UAS devices (aerial devices or drones) on our property without prior permission of the main office (call 781-894-2798 during regular business hours).
