Gore Place presents the Jane Austen Garden Party on the grounds of our beautiful 19th-century estate—a site fit to be the setting for one of the celebrated author’s famous novels.

Your event ticket includes an individual showcase box with sweets and savories from our catering partner and a bottle of lemonade (add a mini bottle of wine for $10 more.) You can play lawn games and walk through the fabulous Gore Mansion. Regency Period dress is encouraged!

The party starts under the spacious Century Tent. Tables and chairs will be provided, but you may bring your own lawn chairs or picnic blankets if you wish. There will be ample free parking. Our venue is accessible to guests using mobility devices, and modern, accessible, indoor restrooms will be available. 

Capacity is limited. Advance online tickets are required by Wednesday, July 5. If you require an accommodation so you may more fully participate in this event, please contact us as soon as possible by email at events@goreplace.org.

Gore Place is accredited by the American Alliance of Museums and receives funding from the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.

Cost: $35/members; $45/members with wine; $40/general public, $50/general public with wine.
